Mint leaves – 1 Bunch

Tamarind – small gooseberry size

Grated Coconut – 1 table spoon

Urad Dhall – 3 spoon

Red chilli – 4 no

Salt – As required

Ginger – small piece

Oil – 1 spoon


Take a pan,  in that add 1 spoon of oil , Once it’s started heating, add urad Dhall and red chilli, saute untill Dhall turns light brown then add mint leaves , grated coconut, tamarind and salt .

Saute for 5 mins and allow it to cool. Grind the mixture with small amount of water and make it a rough paste.

Tips: Don’t make a fine paste . Let it be rough.
